The Cozbar will exchange or refund any garment, providing it is returned within ten days from the date of purchase. The item(s) must be in original condition, unwashed, odour free and with all swing tickets and hygiene stickers intact, otherwise claims will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
In the event of an exchange, the Cozbar will ship all Australian orders free of charge. Any further exchanges however will incur a postal charge of $9.95.
If you simply change your mind and require a refund, a similar fee will be applied to your account when your refund is issued.
Note: Discounted Sale Items ('On Sale') are not refundable or exchangeable.

The Cozbar reserves the right to determine the condition and age of a garment or item prior to offering a refund or exchange. Unless a genuine manufacturer’s fault is recognized, a refund or exchange shall not be issued, and the garment will be returned to the customer. Please note that swimwear cannot be credited or exchanged under the following circumstances:
